Meta: I'm on Notes! And I'll be using it frequently
A new place to connect and find more geography content!
I’ve been using Substack Notes (a Twitter-like version of Substack), and would love for you to join me there! I think it’s way better than Twitter for the simple reason that there’s no weird algorithm ranking people and content, or a narcissistic maniac changing things based on his mood. Check it out:
With Notes I will share links, short posts, quotes, photos, and more. I plan to use it for things that don’t fit in a traditional newsletter, like work-in-progress, quick questions, random thoughts, and fun facts I find that deserve special call-outs.
You, of course, don’t have to join me there. If this kind of interaction isn’t your jam, that’s totally fine! But if you do like that content, this is where you’ll find it from now on.
How to join
Head to substack.com/notes or find the “Notes” tab in the Substack app. As a subscriber to Geography is Everything, you’ll automatically see my notes. Feel free to like, reply, or share them around!
You can also share notes of your own. I hope this becomes a space where every reader of Geography is Everything can share thoughts, ideas, and interesting quotes from the things we're reading on Substack and beyond.
If you encounter any issues, you can always refer to the Notes FAQ for assistance. Looking forward to seeing you there!
