Hey quick Monday email blast for you all. I’ve been presented with a pretty unique offer to host a trip somewhere in the world with people who love geography AND who want to travel with me to someplace unique and special. So, if this sounds like the thing for you, then please…

By taking this survey you’ll help me figure out all kinds of fun details such as… where we should even go!

And if you want more information, here’s everything I can offer you so far:

This trip would be organized by TrovaTrip (also based here in Portland, Oregon with me!). They specialize in putting together trips hosted by people who have some sort of community. For me that would be a geography community, obviously. 😅

You can take a look at a bunch of the trips they already have organized to get a feel for what kinds of trips they offer but here’s what I know will be included.

What’s included

• Hotels for the length of the trip (not including anything you do beyond that).

• A local guide who will show us around to sites and help us navigate language barriers.

• Transportation within the length of the trip.

What’s not included

• International flights/travel to the trip destination and back home

• Tips for any services on the trip

• Food and alcohol unless otherwise noted as part of the experience

• Any required visas or travel insurance

Honestly it’s a pretty solid package deal based which is why I was even interested in doing this in the first place. Plus it’s an awesome opportunity to meet some geography enthusiasts in the real world and perhaps make a whole bunch of new friends!
